Vida’s platform offers an extensive set of product items when building your product plans. This document will describe all product items that are supported and what they entail. The format of the product item uses a base category and children categories that further describe a type, direction, or specific vendor. Some product items may have only one category where others may have up to three.

For example:

pstn-inbound-voice
”voice” = base category
”inbound” = direction category
”pstn” = child category to denote the voice call used the PSTN

Product Item Descriptions

			agents	This is a monthly recurring product item that covers a fee for every agent that is provisioned.
Phone Numbers	Recurring	Per Number
			us-number	Monthly recurring product item that covers a fee for a United States Phone Number.
			byo-number	Monthly recurring product item that covers a fee for a Bring Your Own Phone Number.
Voice	Usage	Per Minute
			pstn-inbound-voice	Per minute fee of an inbound voice call from Vida’s PSTN connection.
			pstn-outbound-voice	Per minute fee of an outbound voice call using Vida’s PSTN connection.
			sip-inbound-voice	Per minute fee of an inbound voice call coming in through a SIP Trunk or SIP Registration.
			sip-outbound-voice	Per minute fee of an outbound voice call sent through a SIP Trunk or SIP Registration.
			client-inbound-voice	Per minute fee of an inbound voice call coming in from a Vida Web client (embedded WebRTC or Mobile App)
			client-outbound-voice	Per minute fee of an outbound voice call sent to a Vida Web client (embedded WebRTC or Mobile App)
Messaging	Usage	Per Message
			mms-inbound-message	Per message fee of an inbound MMS message sent to your agent.
			mms-outbound-message	Per message fee for an outbound MMS message sent from your agent.
			sms-inbound-message	Per message fee of an inbound SMS message sent to your agent.
			sms-outbound-message	Per message fee of an outbound SMS message sent from your agent. This also includes an SMS Notifications the agent is configured to send.
			client-inbound-message	Per message fee of an inbound message to your agent sent from a Vida web client.
			client-outbound-message	Per message fee of an outbound message from your agent to a Vida web client.
Advanced Voice	Usage	Per Minute
			pstn-inbound-advancedVoice	Per minute fee when using the speech to speech advanced voice option on the agent. This item is for an inbound PSTN voice call. Note, this is charged in addition to the standard voice product item.
			pstn-outbound-advancedVoice	Per minute fee when using the speech to speech advanced voice option on the agent. This item is for an oubound PSTN voice call. Note, this is charged in addition to the standard voice product item.
			sip-inbound-advancedVoice	Per minute fee when using the speech to speech advanced voice option on the agent. This item is for an inbound SIP voice call brought in via SIP Trunk or Registration. Note, this is charged in addition to the standard voice product item.
			sip-outbound-advancedVoice	Per minute fee when using the speech to speech advanced voice option on the agent. This item is for an outbound SIP voice call to a SIP Trunk or Registration. Note, this is charged in addition to the standard voice product item.
			client-inbound-advancedVoice	Per minute fee when using the speech to speech advanced voice option on the agent. This item is for an inbound web client call. Note, this is charged in addition to the standard voice product item.

Tokens	Usage	Per Token
			gpt4o-input-tokens	LLM Input Tokens. This product item covers token count using the OpenAI 4o (or 4.1) model.
			gpt4o-output-tokens	LLM Output Tokens. This product item covers token count using the OpenAI 4o (or 4.1) model.
			gpt4oRealtime-input-tokens	LLM Input Tokens when using the Advance Voice Speech to Speech engine.
			gpt4oRealtime-input-tokens	LLM Output Tokens when using the Advance Voice Speech to Speech engine.
Cached Tokens	Usage	Per Token
			gpt4o-input-cachedTokens	LLM Input Cached Tokens. The LLM may cache frequently used prompt instructions which are generally more cost effective than standard tokens.
			gpt4oRealtime-input-cachedTokens	LLM Input Cached Tokens for the Advanced Voice Speech to Speech engine. The LLM may cache frequently used prompt instructions which are generally more cost effective than standard tokens.
Speech to Text	Usage	Per Minute
			deepgram-speechtotext	Per Minute of Deepgram’s speech to text engine. This would generally match the Voice minute quantity.
			google-speechtotext	Per Minute of Google’s speech to text engine. This would generally match the Voice minute quantity.
Text to Speech	Usage	Per Character
			deepgram-texttospeech	Per character count of LLM response convertion back into speech. This is for the Deepgram TTS engine.
			elevenlabs-texttospeech	Per character count of LLM response convertion back into speech. This is for the Eleven Labs TTS engine.
			playht-texttospeech	Per character count of LLM response convertion back into speech. This is for the PlayHT TTS engine.
			whisper-texttospeech	Per character count of LLM response convertion back into speech. This is for the OpenAI Whisper TTS engine.
