Running a boutique real estate brokerage firm in a fast-paced market like mine has always been a balancing act. I’ve got six fantastic agents and a couple of assistants who work tirelessly to help our clients buy and sell homes. The less time my agents and assistants spend coordinating showings and chasing down confirmations, the more time they can focus on what they do best: working with clients and closing deals.

And it’s not just about the time we’ve saved—it’s the consistency. Annette doesn’t get tired, she doesn’t get distracted, and she never forgets to follow up. Whether it’s a busy Monday morning or a slow Sunday afternoon, she’s always there to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What I love most, though, is how natural it all feels. I was initially worried that clients would resist interacting with an AI agent, but it’s been quite the opposite. They love the convenience. Many of them have even commented on how helpful Annette is, especially when they’re calling for quick information or to schedule an appointment. It’s not just that we’re more efficient—it’s that we’re providing a better service, and that’s the most important thing in this business.

I’ve always prided myself on running a boutique firm where clients feel like they’re getting personalized attention. I was worried that bringing in an AI agent might make things feel too automated or impersonal, but Vida has found the perfect balance.
