# Request New Voices

> Learn how to request new AI speech-to-text voices for your agents.

Vida's platform supports speech-to-text voices from a variety of providers including ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI, PlayHT, and more.

## Request a new Eleven Labs Voice

By default your account is configured to show a subset of ElevenLabs voices as well as Deepgram's complete voice catelog.

If you would like to request that an ElevenLabs voice be made available in your account please send an email to [support@vida.inc](mailto:support@vida.inc) including the ElevenLabs Voice ID (a string that looks like this: LF1uQkumlN5W66AY8n7d) as well as the Voice Name.

## Summary

Reach out to Vida Support if there is a particular Eleven Labs voice you would like to use that we do not already have configured on your account today.
